What is the meaning of ERC?



ERC Stands for "Ethnic Relations Commission"





What is ERC about?



ERC is a Constitutional body with a mandate to promote ethnic harmony and good relations among all Guyanese.

The ERC is govern by a board of (10) ten Commissioners who overlook operation of the Commission.

No, ERC is a Constitutional body with no political affiliation





Who does the ERC serve?



The ERC is here to serve all Guyanese and persons living or working in Guyana, including: persons who believe they were discriminated against based on their ethnicity; persons who believe others were discriminated against because of their ethnicity; persons or agencies wanting to promote harmonious ethnic relations.
