1999 Second Place in the GUYAID National Under 12 Essay Competition

2005 Successfully completed 9 subjects at Caribbean Secondary Examination Council Examinations

2006 Successfully completed four subjects at the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (Module 1)

2007 Graduated from the MicroGraphics Computer School with a Diploma (A) in Micro Computer Studies

2008 Successfully completed one year studies in Sociology at the University of Guyana with a 3.8 GPA. 2011 Graduated from the University of Guyana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Distinction)

Experience

2007 Worked in the Personnel Department at the Uitvlugt, GUYSUCO Estate.


2009 Volunteered teaching English and Social-Studies at the Vergenoegen Community High School.

2012 Ten weeks internship at the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.


2013- 2016 Private practice as an attorney-at-law engaging in civil matters in the Magistrates’ Courts and the High Court and criminal matters (prosecuting and defending) in the Magistrates’ Courts and defending in the High Court.


2016-2019 Legal Officer/senior prosecutor/ legal advisor/Head of Legal Unit at the Ministry of Social Protection.


2018 Delegate at the twenty-third CARICOM Senior Officials of the Legal Advisory Committee (SOLAC)


Present Legal Officer- Ethnic Relations Commission Social Member of the Salvation Army Church.


Former member of the Salvation Army divisional youth planning committee.

Offers pro bono legal advice to community members Composes poems and songs at no cost for social activities
